Sec. 11003.152. PERMITS. (a) The district may obtain through appropriate proceedings an appropriation permit or a diversion permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (b) The district may acquire a water appropriation permit from a permit owner by contract or otherwise. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.07, eff. April 1, 2015.
