Sec. 11020.0208. OFFICERS. At the first meeting of the board after March 1 of each year, the board shall elect officers for the alliance, including a chair, vice chair, secretary, and treasurer. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 29 (S.B. 1194), Sec. 1, eff. May 15, 2025.
