Records; Limit On Disclosure

Sec. 21.155. RECORDS; LIMIT ON DISCLOSURE. (a) The district shall keep its accounts, contracts, documents, minutes, and other records at its principal office. (b) The board and its employees may not disclose a district record that relates to trade secrets or the economics of an industry's operations.
