Sec. 21.212. ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. A governmental entity having jurisdiction over a right-of-way along and across a public state or county road or highway may: (1) designate the placement of district facilities located on the right-of-way; and (2) require the relocation of district facilities to accommodate widening or changing traffic lanes.
