Sec. 3001.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Assessment" includes a reassessment or supplemental assessment. (2) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (3) "Director" means a board member. (4) "District" means the Southeast Texas Agricultural Development District. (5) "Obligation" means an obligation issued by the district under this chapter, including a bond, certificate, note, or other evidence of indebtedness. (6) "Project" means an agricultural project designated under Section 3001.110. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
