Sec. 8107.255. CONTRACT AUTHORITY OF NEW DISTRICTS. The new districts may contract with each other for: (1) water and wastewater services; or (2) any other matter the boards of the new districts consider appropriate. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 519 (H.B. 812), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
