Contract Authority of New Districts

Sec. 8109.108. CONTRACT AUTHORITY OF NEW DISTRICTS. The new districts may contract with each other and with the original district for: (1) water and wastewater services; or (2) any other matter the boards of the new districts consider appropriate.
