Sec. 8150.052. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. The governing body of the city shall appoint the appropriate number of directors to the board to serve staggered terms that expire September 1 of each even-numbered year. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1175 (H.B. 3554), Sec. 1, eff. June 18, 2005.
