Sec. 8154.002. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is a municipal utility district and a conservation and reclamation district in Fort Bend County created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.10, eff. April 1, 2009.
