Sec. 8154.201. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS. The district may vote and issue bonds of any kind, including refunding bonds, for contiguous or noncontiguous areas for any district purpose. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.10, eff. April 1, 2009.
