Sec. 8155.052. VACANCIES. The Commissioners Court of Fannin County shall appoint directors to fill all vacancies on the board when the number of qualified directors is fewer than four. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.10, eff. April 1, 2009.
