Sec. 8164.053. ROAD CONTRACTS. The district may contract for a road project in the same manner as provided by Subchapter I, Chapter 49, Water Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1067 (H.B. 2442), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
