Sec. 8183.256. BONDS PAYABLE FROM AD VALOREM TAXES. The district may issue bonds payable, as pledged by board resolution, from: (1) ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the district; or (2) ad valorem taxes and revenue of the district.
