Sec. 8212.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "Director" means a board member. (3) "District" means the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 113. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 581 (S.B. 1963), Sec. 1, eff. June 16, 2007.
