Sec. 8239.132. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 706 (H.B. 534), Sec. 1.04, eff. September 1, 2011.
