Sec. 8242.004. FINDINGS OF BENEFIT AND PUBLIC PURPOSE. (a) All land and other property included in the district will benefit from the improvements and services to be provided by the district. (b) The district is created to accomplish the purposes of a municipal utility district as provided by general law. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 540 (S.B. 1070), Sec. 1, eff.
