Sec. 8309.152. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 853 (H.B. 3803), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2011.
