Sec. 8366.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "Director" means a board member. (3) "District" means the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 118. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 862 (S.B. 2485), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2009.
