Sec. 8434.151. DIVISION OF DISTRICT; PREREQUISITES. The district may be divided into two or more new districts only if the district: (1) has never issued any bonds; and (2) is not imposing ad valorem taxes. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 623 (S.B. 1838), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
