Sec. 8434.152. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 623 (S.B. 1838), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
