Sec. 8479.152. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 385 (H.B. 3925), Sec. 4, eff. September 1, 2013.
