Sec. 8492.151. DIVISION OF DISTRICT; PREREQUISITES. The district may be divided into two or more new districts only if the district: (1) has never issued any bonds; and (2) is not imposing ad valorem taxes. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 269 (H.B. 1372), Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2015.
