Sec. 8492.152. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 269 (H.B. 1372), Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2015.
