Sec. 8501.202. RECORDS RELATING TO MONEY. The secretary-treasurer shall: (1) receive and give a receipt for all money received by the authority; and (2) keep records of all money received and spent by the authority. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
