Sec. 8501.254. TIME OF SALE. An obligation issued under this chapter shall be sold at the time determined by the board to be expedient and necessary to the interest of the authority. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
