Sec. 8501.265. STATE FRANCHISE LAW NOT APPLICABLE. A statute of this state relating to the granting of franchises is not applicable to: (1) the authorization or execution of a mortgage or encumbrance entered into under this chapter; or (2) the grant of a franchise under this chapter.
