Sec. 8506.104. DEVELOPMENT, GENERATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND SALE OF WATER POWER AND ELECTRIC ENERGY. (a) The authority may: (1) develop and generate water power and electric energy inside the boundaries of the authority; and (2) distribute and sell water power and electric energy inside or outside the boundaries of the authority.
