Sec. 8508.0251. LOANS AND GRANTS. (a) The authority may: (1) borrow money or accept a grant or donation for its corporate purposes from any person, including a private source, the United States, this state, or a local government; and (2) enter into an agreement in connection with a loan, grant, or donation accepted under Subdivision (1).
