Sec. 8509.0162. CERTAIN POWERS RELATED TO DISTRICT PROPERTY. The district may: (1) lease the hunting rights on property owned by the district; (2) develop, manage, or lease property owned by the district for any recreational purpose; and (3) lease property owned by the district to a person seeking to develop renewable energy resources.
