Sec. 8510.0212. ATTORNEYS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES. (a) The authority may appoint attorneys, agents, and employees, prescribe their duties, and set their compensation. (b) The board may remove an authority employee. (c) The board shall set the term of office and the compensation to be paid to authority employees.
