Creation and Nature of Authority

Sec. 8512.0102. CREATION AND NATURE OF AUTHORITY. (a) The authority is a conservation and reclamation district. (b) The authority's creation is essential to the accomplishment of the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
