Removal

Sec. 8512.0204. REMOVAL. The governor may remove a director for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or misconduct in office, after: (1) at least 10 days' written notice of the charge against the director; and (2) an opportunity for the director to be heard in person or by counsel at a public hearing.
