Sec. 8512.0306. DEVELOPMENT, GENERATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND SALE OF WATER POWER AND ELECTRIC ENERGY. The authority may: (1) develop and generate water power and electric energy inside the authority; and (2) distribute and sell water power and electric energy inside or outside the authority.
