Oath and Bond Requirement For Directors

Sec. 8515.0205. OATH AND BOND REQUIREMENT FOR DIRECTORS. (a) Each director shall: (1) take the constitutional oath of office; and (2) execute a bond for $5,000, conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.
