Authority To Issue Bonds

Sec. 8515.0503. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS. The authority may: (1) issue bonds of any kind to carry out any purpose authorized by this chapter; and (2) provide and make payment for the bonds and for necessary expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
