Sec. 8801.056. VACANCIES. If a vacancy occurs on the board, a person representing the same area as the vacating director shall be appointed as provided by Section 8801.051 to serve the unexpired term. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
