Sec. 8804.151. AD VALOREM TAXES. The district may not impose an ad valorem tax at a rate that exceeds five cents on the $100 valuation of taxable property in the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 183 (S.B. 404), Sec. 1, eff. May 23, 2007.
