Sec. 8809.105. DISPOSAL OF SALT DOME LEACHATE. The district may: (1) adopt rules for the disposal of salt dome leachate in the district; or (2) require the disposal of salt dome leachate outside the district. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.05, eff. April 1, 2011.
