Sec. 8815.057. MEETINGS AND ACTIONS OF BOARD. (a) The board may meet as many times each year as the board considers appropriate. (b) Directors are public officials and are entitled to governmental immunity for their actions in their capacity as directors and officers of the authority. (c) Directors may receive fees of office and reimbursement of expenses as provided by Section 49.060, Water Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 656 (H.B. 3181), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
