Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8830.053

Sec. 8830.053. VACANCIES. If a vacancy occurs on the board, the remaining directors shall appoint a person to fill the vacancy in a manner that meets the representational requirements of Section 8830.051. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1343 (S.B. 1983), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
