Sec. 8859.051. GOVERNING BODY; TERMS. (a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors appointed as provided by this section. (b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms, with the terms of three or four directors from each appointing county expiring on August 31 of each odd-numbered year.
