Sec. 8859.102. CONTRACTS. The district may enter into a contract with any person, public or private, for any purpose authorized by law. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 884 (S.B. 2529), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
