Sec. 8873.151. LIMITATION ON TAXES. The district may not impose ad valorem taxes at a rate that exceeds five cents on each $100 valuation of taxable property in the district. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 496 (S.B. 1840), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
