Sec. 8878.059. MEETINGS AND ACTIONS OF BOARD. (a) The board may meet as many times each year as the board considers appropriate. (b) Directors of the authority are public officials and are entitled to governmental immunity for their actions in their capacity as directors and officers of the authority.
