Sec. 8887.003. FINDING OF BENEFIT. (a) All land and other property in the district benefit from the: (1) creation of the district; (2) carrying out of the purposes for which the district was created; and (3) acquisition and construction of improvements to carry out those purposes. (b) The district is necessary to carry out the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803), Sec. 1.04, eff. April 1, 2019.
