Sec. 8888.105. BOARD VACANCY. (a) The board shall appoint a person to fill a vacancy in the office of director. (b) The appointed person serves until the next directors' election. (c) If the position is not scheduled to be filled at the election, the person elected to fill the position serves only for the remainder of the unexpired term.
