Sec. 9001.151. AD VALOREM PLAN OF TAXATION. The district shall use the ad valorem plan of taxation, subject to voter approval at an election held in the district for that purpose. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 446 (S.B. 1828), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
