Sec. 9003.102. SURVEYS; ENGINEERING INVESTIGATIONS. The board may conduct or provide for surveys and engineering investigations for district purposes. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
