Sec. 9003.152. TAX LIEN. All taxes imposed by the district for any purpose constitute a lien on the property taxed. Limitation does not bar the enforcement or collection of those taxes. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
