Sec. 9013.201. TAX METHOD. Subject to Section 9013.202, the district shall use an ad valorem plan of taxation, and the taxes imposed by the district shall be on an ad valorem basis. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2015.
